Supplier Register

CENABAST maintains in its records the inscription and company information that, apart from the requirements established by the Public Purchase and Contracts Department permitting a company to become a State supplier, must meet specific requirements contemplated in the CENABAST Supplier Regulation Index. These are:

• All inputs and pharmaceutical suppliers who want to participate in CENABAST bids must be subscribed as providers in the Chilecompra portal www.Chilecompra.cl .
• They can also opt for registering as CENABAST suppliers to which end they must issue the relevant documentation accrediting their legal status and validity to be checked by the CENABAST Legal Department.
• If they are not registered with Cenabast, they must attach to each bid the relevant documentation accrediting their legal status and validity.
• They must accredit that their products presented for the bidding process are duly registered with the Public Health Institute. This information is valid in an internal form for the Technical Department.
