The business model (1) (download business model.pdf 76kb) is based on scale purchase programmes – a mechanism that permits to ensure a guaranteed and cost-effective access to the essential medicines. That is why its operation capacity depends -to a great extent- on the total fulfilment of the commercial commitments acquired by the clients.
