Negotiation Agreements

The above are agreements stemming from the programming of pharmaceutical products carried out every six months agreed between the users and CENABAST whose duty is to provide the required products. These agreements consider fixed prices for any given period, products delivered to clients’ warehouses, quantities and quality determined by the client.

National Nutrition Programme PNAC

The above corresponds to the National Complementary Nutrition Programme which is a programme organised by the Ministry of health and implemented by CENABAST starting from the purchase of milk and rice up to the distribution of those products to the warehouses of each Assistance Centre.

Ministerial Programes

Similar to PNAC, these correspond to the Ministry of Health and include the vaccination programme known as the Extended Immunisation Programme (P.A.I.), Flour Programme, Responsible Parenthood Programme (purchase of contraceptives) AIDS programme and others. In all the above programmes CENABAST carries out the purchase process on behalf of the Ministry and takes care of the dispatch according to the Ministry of Health instructions.
